1. Who we are and how to contact us

We collect personal information from these sources:
- Directly from you: when you submit a contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, or correspond with us.
- Automatically: through server logs and, where you have consented, through analytics cookies.

5. How we use personal information
We use personal information for the following business purposes:
- To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
- To deliver our newsletter, if you subscribed (CAN-SPAM compliant: every email contains a clear "unsubscribe" link and our mailing address).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site, including troubleshooting and protection against fraud and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and enforce our Terms of Use.
- To create de-identified or aggregated information that does not identify you.
6. Legal bases / purposes for processing
Where U.S. state privacy laws require us to identify a legal basis or specific purpose, we rely on:
- Your consent (newsletter sign-up, analytics or marketing cookies, sensitive uses).
- Performance of a transaction you requested (replying to your contact form).
- Our legitimate business interests in operating and securing the Site (server logs, fraud prevention).
- Compliance with legal obligations.
7. Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, as the term "sell" is defined under the CCPA/CPRA, the VCDPA, the CPA, the CTDPA, the UCPA, or the OCPA. We also do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under the CPRA.
We have not sold or shared personal information of any consumer, including consumers under 16 years of age, in the preceding 12 months.
If our practices ever change, we will update this policy and provide a clear "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link and an opt-out mechanism that complies with applicable law, including support for the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal where required.
8. Sensitive personal information
Under the CPRA and similar laws, certain categories of information are considered "sensitive personal information," including precise geolocation, government identifiers, account credentials, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, contents of private communications, genetic data, biometric identifiers, health information, and sexual orientation. We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal information. If we ever change this practice, we will provide a separate notice and, where required, the ability to limit such use.
9. Disclosure to third parties
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers / processors that perform services on our behalf (hosting, email delivery, security monitoring), under written contracts that limit their use of the information to the purposes specified by us.
- Government, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, or safety.
- Successors in interest in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality protections.
In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for the business purposes listed above: Identifiers, Internet or other electronic network activity, and Customer records.
10. International transfers
We operate from the United States. If our service providers process personal information outside the United States, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as contractual commitments and limitations on use, consistent with applicable U.S. and international laws.
11. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Approximate retention periods:
- Contact form messages: up to 24 months after the last correspondence.
- Newsletter sign-ups: until you unsubscribe, plus a short suppression list to honor your opt-out.
- Server logs: typically 30 days, then deleted or aggregated.
- Cookie consent records: up to 12 months.
- Records related to legal obligations or disputes: for the period required by applicable statute of limitations.
12. Your U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on the state where you reside, you may have one or more of the following rights:
- Right to know / access: request a copy of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, the sources, the purposes, and the recipients.
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to delete: request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to portability: receive a copy of your personal information in a portable, readily usable format where technically feasible.
- Right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising: as described in Section 7 above.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: where applicable.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny services, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
- Right to appeal (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon): if we deny your request, you may appeal within a reasonable time, and we will respond within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the attorney general of your state.
13. How to exercise your rights
To exercise any right above, please email talk@vraxyloniawhrala.world123.ddd with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include:
- Your full name and the state of residence relevant to your request.
- The right you wish to exercise.
- Enough information for us to reasonably verify your identity (typically the email address you used with us and one additional matching data point).
We will acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond substantively within the timeframes required by applicable law (generally 45 days under the CCPA, extendable by another 45 days when reasonably necessary, and similar periods under other state laws). We will not charge a fee unless your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act, as permitted by law.
You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will require written permission signed by you and, where appropriate, verification of your identity directly.
14. California "Shine the Light" (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83)
California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If this changes, we will publish the required notice and contact channel here.
15. Notice to Nevada residents (NRS 603A)
Nevada law gives certain consumers the right to direct us not to sell their personal information. We do not sell personal information, but Nevada residents may still send a verified opt-out request to talk@vraxyloniawhrala.world123.ddd with the subject "Nevada Privacy Opt-Out."
16. Children's privacy (COPPA)
Our Site is a general-audience site directed to adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at the address above and we will investigate promptly.
For California minors between 13 and 18 who have posted content to a publicly accessible portion of the Site (we currently do not offer such posting), Section 22581 of the California Business and Professions Code provides additional removal rights.
17. CAN-SPAM and electronic communications
Our marketing emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Every commercial email we send will:
- Identify the message as an advertisement, where appropriate.
- Include our valid physical postal address.
- Provide a clear and conspicuous way to unsubscribe.
- Honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
18. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are loaded only with your consent or where permitted by law.
19. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no consensus industry standard for interpreting this signal, we currently do not respond differently to it.
Where required by state law (for example, California and Colorado), we treat a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information for the browser sending the signal. Because we do not currently sell or share personal information, the practical effect is limited, but we recognize the signal and will honor it if our practices ever change.
20. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including HTTPS for data in transit, restricted access to administrative tools, regular review of our practices, and provider agreements that require comparable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a security incident materially affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable authorities as required by state breach-notification laws (including, where applicable, California Civil Code § 1798.82 and equivalent laws in other states).
21. Automated decision-making
We do not engage in profiling or automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
22. Accessibility
We strive to make this Privacy Policy and the rest of the Site accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, consistent with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. If you have trouble accessing any information, please contact us and we will provide it in an alternative format.
23. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry practice. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version took effect. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site for a reasonable period and, where required by law, communicated through the email address you provided.
24. How to file a complaint
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also file a complaint with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission at www.ftc.gov, with your state attorney general (for example, the California Privacy Protection Agency at cppa.ca.gov), or with the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection division.
